Niti Aayog released School Education Quality Index (SEQI)..

 According to the index Kerala emerged as the best performing state, while Uttar Pradesh is the worst among the larger 20 states in the country.

 Kerala is topper in larger States,

 Manipur is topper in smaller States,

 And Chandigarh is topper in Union Territories.
