SC Allows Centre's Review Against Dilution Of SC/ST Act.

 According to the act an FIR can be registered under this act without investigation. 

A three judge bench of the Supreme Court consisting of Justices Arun Mishra, M R Shah and B R Gavai on Tuesday allowed Centre's petition seeking review of the earlier act.
